This list is NOT meant to replace the advice of a qualified & competent naturopath, herbalist, or medical doctor. This is simply what worked for me, for my particular situation.

Ayurvedic Tonics
Shilajit
Strengthens immune system – 300mg

Curcumin
Prevents growth and spread of cancer, protects liver from chemotherapy, and a powerful antioxidant (active ingredient in Turmeric Root, curcuma longa). When taken alone, curcumin has a very poor absorption, however supplements with Bioperine greatly enhance the bioavailability of the curcumin.

Many cancers develop immunity to chemo after 2-3 months due to the formation of MDR cells; this helps prevent it

Sport (10:1 concentrate) – Take 2 pills before breakfast and 2 before lunch to improve energy, fire up immune system, fight fatigue, and reduce stress
Griffonia Seed
For mood stability during difficult times (precursor to 5-HTP and thus Serotonin). WARNING: Some cancers, especially those which are ER+, can actually be stimulated by Serotonin – please review your pathology report with your doctor prior to using this particular supplement
BENEFICIAL FOODS
Eat organic as much as possible, drink plenty of pure water (ionized is even better), eat unprocessed foods as much as possible, use spices.
Green tea - Drink 1-2 cups per day
Garlic – Eat raw as much as possible
Eat Gefilte fish (traditional Jewish fish product) – May reduce side effects of chemotherapy
Tangerines – Help to inhibit metastasis of cancer via a bioflavonoid called tangeritin – 1 per day
Soy foods can help to reduce pain (make sure to eat mostly fermented soy – ie, tofu, tempeh, miso)
Bone marrow soup – Cook bones for 2 hours, filter out bones to make soup stock
Broccoli, especially 3 day sprouts have been shown to slow mammary tumor growth
